Red Dead Redemption 2 Players Can Claim Free Outfit – But Only for a Limited Time

If you're still roaming the wilds of Red Dead Online, there's a new outfit you can grab for free—just make sure to do it before the end of April!

Rockstar has added a fresh cosmetic set to the game, designed by none other than YouTuber AMGaming. This custom-made outfit is available to all players until April 28, so don’t miss your chance to add it to your wardrobe. We mentioned this back on the 2nd here, but figured it was worth a reminder especially so you can ride in style. (And yeah… I forgot to include the picture to really show it off : /

Rockstar often lets the community get creative, giving players opportunities to submit their own outfit ideas. Sometimes those designs get featured in-game—and this time, it's AMGaming's design taking the spotlight.

This rugged getup is built for anything from navigating city streets to wading through swamps. The centerpiece of the set is the exclusive Ortega Vest, but there’s more to it. Players can also pick up the Gator Hat, Lautnip Shirt (for men) or Goodale Shirtwaist (for women), Lightfoot Pants, and Strickland Boots from any tailor or the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. Catalogue.

The free outfit is part of a broader event running in April that brings big bonuses to the game. Players can earn triple RDO$, XP, and Role XP on Trader Sales, and the same goes for the Trade Route Free Roam Event, where you'll defend a train full of loot from raiders. And if you complete at least five sales during the event? You’ll get a reward for a free pair of boots, too. So, if you’re looking to rack up extra gold, XP, and a stylish new outfit, now’s the time to jump into Red Dead Online and take advantage of this month-long event.
